Refund & Shipment Policy

The following return policy applies to all the items purchased on E-Shop & Store; returns shall be accepted within 3 days only on unused products and in original packaging condition.

That the 3 days free replacement warranty for all the products, Damaged/ defective items must be returned in the original condition and shall not be tampered with, in a condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories. Items can be returned only when the original packaging and tags are intact.

If you have received a damaged product, please initiate a return on our website or Raise a request on with the order details & issue within 3 days from the time of delivery. Our courier partner will pick the damaged product from your doorstep and will replace it within 10 working days at no extra cost.


In case of Electronics (like Mobile, Laptop, Fridge, Washing Machine, Television, etc.) return can be made only

1.    In case the product delivered to a buyer buying the product is in non-working conditions.

2.    The electronic product is returned in seal packed box by the user being buyer.

3.    In case of faulty electronics product, buyer needs to contact nearest service centre for repair/replacement.


If in case the product is not in stock, the complete cost of the product will be refunded back to you within 10 to 15 days. In rare cases where pickup is not supported by our courier partners, you would have to self-ship the product to us and the returned shipment should reach us within 10 days of providing the return address details to you. Please upload the scanned copy of courier slip within 7 days on under the disposition Self-return/Courier Receipt. For all self-shipments, we will reimburse maximum of INR 100 or the courier charges mentioned on the scanned slip whichever is lesser. The 3 day time-frame listed above is for customers to contact us and request for a refund on their order.


In any case the returned product(s) does not qualify on the basis of the return norms, then our team will get back to you. There is no return policy for used products.

Specific conditions under which the product(s) to be returned or exchanged can be rejected?


There are certain events/scenarios when the product(s) to be returned or exchanged can be rejected:-

1.    When the returned product(s) are different from the product(s) bought by you.

2.    If any intentional damage has been done to the product(s) to be returned or exchanged.

3.    If the return or exchange request has been made after the 3-days of the receipt of the order.

4.    Product(s) without the tags, labels, serial numbers or the important packaging's.

5.    Health and hygiene related product(s).

6.    If product sold as Combo/Sets/Value Packs cannot be returned as individual product.

7.    Any Products bought during special promotions cannot be returned or replaced.

8.    Items below 299 cannot be returned.



Items that cannot be returned:

Items like Nightwear with Briefs (G-Strings), Innerwear, Contraceptives, Sexual well being products, Cosmetics, Healthcare equipment’s, Gift Cards, Third Party Gift Card


For all returns, would have the rights reserved to take a call if a request for return can be accepted or not.


Cancellation Policy:


For cancelling an order in "pending” status (before it is shipped or processed), contact our support team In such cases where the request comes before the order is processed for shipping, cancellation will be accepted and the complete money will be refunded.


In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you within 10 to 15 days. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.


Unfortunately the order cannot be cancelled once the shipping process has started.  


Refund Policy:


Payments made through credit/debit card will be credited back to the same credit/debit card within 10 to 15 working days from the day of refund approval.


Payments made through net banking will be credited back to the respective bank account within 10 to 15 working days from the day of refund approval.


If customer paid twice for one transaction, and one transaction qualifies for refund the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days.

If E-Shop & Store has suspicion or knowledge, that any of its buyers and sellers are involved in any activity that is intended to provide claims or information that is false, misleading or not genuine, then E-Shop & Store may while reserving its rights to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against member may also at its sole discretion suspend, block, restrict, cancel the Display Name of such buyer and seller and /or disqualify that user and any related users from availing protection through this program.

E-Shop & Store reserves its right to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against a user who, files an invalid and/or false claims or provides false, incomplete, or misleading information. In addition to the legal proceedings as aforesaid, E-Shop & Store may at its sole discretion suspend, block, restrict, cancel the Display Name [and its related Display Names] of such user and/or disqualify that user and any related users from availing protection through this program. Any person who, knowingly and with intent to injure, defraud or deceive, files a Fraudulent Complaint containing false, incomplete, or misleading information may be guilty of a criminal offence and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
